Lashing Out

I’ve always been a fan of low maintenance beauty routines. The less hours spent in front of the  mirror, the less trips to the salon, the better. When lash extensions exploded, I never gave in, but I definitely felt a twinge of jealousy. I’ve always had pretty good lashes, but if they were longer and thicker, I certainly wouldn’t complain. So when my friend Taylor asked me to try LashBoost, a new product that promises fuller, longer, darker looking lashes, that was an easy yes.

This lash serum was created to moisturize, nourish, and protect your lashes. Panthenol (a form of Vitamin B5) and Sodium Hyaluronate attract moisture to the lash, promoting flexibility and resilience. Biotin & keratin infuse protein to help protect against future damage. Peptides provide nutrition to the lashes, enhancing durability and supporting a more voluminous appearance.

LashBoost was an easy addition to my nighttime beauty routine. Take off all my makeup, wash my face, a quick swipe of serum across my upper lash line and my brows, moisturizer… Done! After about two and a half or three weeks, I started noticing a difference when I would put mascara on. At first I thought I was just having a “good makeup day.” Then I had another, and another. Here we are at the end of 5 weeks, and I’ve seen a big difference in the length and fullness of both my lashes and brows. I had a little bald spot in one of my brows that has filled in. I don’t have to fill my brows in myself like I used to. And yesterday I had a photoshoot. I was the only model that didn’t need false eyelashes. Tell me that’s not a win!

After using it myself and seeing the results my friends have had further down the line at 6, 12, 18 weeks (because wowza, they actually do get better than this), I can confidently say that LashBoost is a new, permanent part of my routine. I have long natural lashes that are mine and are here to stay — without salon visits, or refills.
